Once again its december..whoa!!..
can't wait for my xmass bonus..
i've got big plans for my bonus..hahaha..
i'd like to buy Ate a belt bag so that her money doesn't get stolen every now and then.hehehe..
from time to time she call's me and my mom that her money got stolen again.and we pay.hahah..can't really stand ate cry..she's such a crybaby, thats why we pay so that she stops cryin'..
for the kids, i'm planning to give them money, specially gerald,miswa and jillian.since they've grown up a bit.for adrian, i'll probably buy him toy together with eugene and maxim..LOL..
i think my 13th month pay is enough..ahh crap..nothing left for me..hahaha..
oh, for my mom..i was planning to buy her an iPOD buy uncle merv already did it..so i'll buy her that expensive altec lansing earphones that she really likes..it'll cost me a grand..
hmmm...what else..
oh yeah, were gonna have a party probably on 22. we moved it earlier since Ateh and her family won't be able to come coz they have this party thing in their church.so we moved it to 22 instead of 25..
I guess I won't be joining our company xmass party. This has become our tradition for years to have an annual xmass party..
I'll miss this years company xmass party but its okay to miss it, IMHO. There will always be next year eh?!?
hmmm..vacation..i'd really like to have a vacation..but i guess i need to save money..for future use..you'll never now..vacation? probably next time..theres always a next time.thats why i don't worry. I'll get a swedish massage instead..LOL..

Had a chat with mama mia today. She's okay now. Angela told me that she cried a lot when Stanley died. I was pretty concerned since I know for a fact that she has a something with her heart. I'm not sure what it is but it's pretty serious..
I was planning to bring mama mia to our company xmass party so that she can watch angela play piano but i guess it won't be happening. I won't make it to the xmass party. I've been working my ass for a long time, its just right that i spend time with my family during the holidays. also, i have a work the next day..

Staying Hidden at Hidden Paradise..
Hi dudes,
I just got back from our trip to Hidden Paradise...
and boy oh boy, it's hidden alright..hahaha..im not kidding..
the car that took us there barely had enough engine power to put us up there.
We were eighteen by the way and we were riding a small jeepney on our way there.
Still now, I'm quite amazed how that small jeepney got us up there..hehehe..
We had fun, well I had fun taking photos..hehehe.
Of course, seeing my old friends, kidding around and just being with them is really something to enjoy and another thing that is worth remembering..in a good way and bad.hehe.
I had a great time. For a long time my colleagues and I met each other again talking nonsense and just laughing..hehehe..
I just missed those good old days when we had fun goin out.
I also had some fun taking photos in which I think would be great for my photog skills.hehehe..just kidding.
I'll narrate you through this..

Some of the drunken guys took off from the pool and wen't on to sleep at about 1PM on the sunday morning. We had to squish thru to the room that is only for four, but we had to accomodate all eighteen..heheh.imagine that..now I know how a sardines feels like.hahah..never had a good sleep though. I feel like half dead today...hehe.
Seems like my body is tired but I aint sleepy..LOL..
I went home for like 3AM in the morning today..and had just 5 hours of sleep. I had to wake up early..for no reason at all..its just thats my routine to wake up early..hehe.
Been very busy lately, I had a support from Kenjiro Yamamoto which was to modify the ATJ Checklist program. I did finish the support according to his request but I can't seem to get it to work.
It works well if I run it using AEMC but when I binded it in a VB6 form, it doesn't seem to work. I left the office for like 8PM, I just can't stand it, I don't know what to do anymore. I started debugging it for like 4PM but can't seem to make it work up until 8PM. So I emailed my team leader and asked for his assistance on it. Perhaps he might shed a light on that error. Damn it! I feel useless.
My team leader's wife just gave birth, so congratulations to him.
Anyhow, I'm really looking forward in going to hidden paradise this next next weekend.
I'm hangin' out with some colleagues back in college so I guess It'd be fun since the last time we went out I had a blast. We posed naked showing our rear ends, you could say we got rear ended..LOL.
I can't seem to find the picture now, I hid it somewhere.hehe..
Our initial plan was to go to Hilutongan Island, an island just a 30 minute ride from cordova. Been there once before. We stayed at the rest house of Shane. Hmm...wheres Shane anyways..Last time I heard he was in Mactan Doctors Hospital he was a Software Developer turned nurse.LOL..hehe..I'm not sure though but the last time I heard from him he worked on that hospital could be as a programmer, I'm not really sure.
If he's comming maybe I'll ask him.
In hilutongan, t'was really nice. Theres a very long stretch of white sand in there. I remember we slept on the sand before.LOL.
The fun part was snorkling around the fish sanctuary. T'was a lot of fun. We used to bring bread crumbs with us then feed them to the fishes so that we can take a closer look at them.
For our proposed outing, we'll be going to Hidden Paradaise at San Fernando.
Boc has assured me that he'd come, he's my older brother so-to-speak. He also assured me that he'd tag along Kuya Jerms and Pepe. I contacted Jonalyn through her friendster but I only got one reply and then none ever since. So I guess she's out of the picture. I was communicating a lot with Khalai asked her if she'd come but all she can say is that she has work on that day. I told her to take a leave of absence.hehehe..how bad can it get. It won't get her fired anyway.
I would like to invite Hans about it but he'll definitely say "Wala koy sure bai!".
I'm just so fed up when he says like that, thats why I didn't bother telling him anyways.
Also, Polymer asked me not to tell Roy on the outing. Roy seems to get into the nerve of everyone if he gets toxicated. He's kinda violent when he gets drunk. He fights with anyone.ehehe..and he's kinda noisy when he's drunk.
Also, empress will be there, boc's ex ex ex ex girlfriend. Lets see if we see sparks flying around when they get together again.
Polymer also mentioned that Marj,April and the rest of the guys are comming so I guess It'll be a reunion of sorts. Food will be no object to elmer, all we had to do is just pay him up. He has an aunt that we could by food from just like what we did on Spring Park Toledo. We had lots of food but since Boc, George and Roy ate them all during midnight, we had to cook again in the morning.LOL..everyone was pretty upset with that at that time.

A trip to Bantayan...

Recently, The web group and I wen't to bantayan for some fun filled action.
T'was fun fun fun fun and more fun..eh?!?

Joan,Manuel,Darth,Winston,Clinton,George,Joeffel and *toot*(sorry censored,his identity is still classified) went ahead to bantayan at about 2AM saturday morning while bontic and I catched up with them at about 9AM.
We departed on the north bus terminal at about 10 then we reached at the hagnaya Port at about 12:30 just in luck for the boat to sta. fe.
We were fortunate enough to have not paid our ticket for the boat trip.
Probably we were mistakenly taken as a newly wed couple..LOL..
We saved at about 130 each, so you do the math...LOL..
We reached at the Sta. Fe port at about 1:30 then on to Sugar Beach where the gang is waiting for us..
We catched them singing all day long on their rented Videoke. I myself sang later that night. I sang Manny Pacquaio's song Para Sa'yo.hehehe..T'was fun.
I didn't know joan can sing..well she can..
Then later in the afternoon while the sun was about to set, the gang had some skimboarding 101...
I joined them later when they were tired enough that they won't be able to see me fall off the skim board..LOL..I have a bad sense of balance..hehehe..

i'm back..LOL..after a long absence.
been busy the whole week or whole month for that matter..
i had a project to create a checklist for ATNZ Stocks in which it stores additional information for vehicles from New Zealand. The request came from Mike Smith in which after two emails, I have never heard of him so I placed my whole project on hold. I learned that I have to hold the project if it will take me some time to finish it due to unexpected circumstance.
Anyways, It took me a week to finish the project. I built it from ground up. Meaning from the database objects, the business object and the UI. Mike Smith submitted a UI design in which was impossible to fit in a WinForm that has a 800 X 600 resolution(i think the trakker is 800 by 600?..hmmm..or 640 by 480..im not sure).Well whatever,i think either of those two resolution that his design was a fit for just one form.
The database side, I created one table, tblATNZChecklist in which it houses all additional info mike wanted. there were like 60 columns overall in there. I normalized a few though so it just got bigger.
Also I greated stored procedures for fetching,update and create.Basically for CRUD(well, no delete..LOL) functions..although my business object will only update and fetch. update sp has an insert sp on it.i will discuss it next..
I used CSLA 1.5 for this project, basically a Editable Root Object since it isn't placed on a collection and also I don't need a child object for it. So pretty easy huh?..well, for glenn and marlon its pretty easy, but for me, its a learning experience..hey gimme a break, im just learning...hehe..LOL..
What really fascinated me the most is that there is less coding on the UI side in which there is very little maintenance to worry about on the UI side. I on the otherhand lived and died on the UI. During my college hay days, we were used to code on the UI side, in CSLA you can bind your control properties to a business object by simply calling a function called BindControl, then pass the necessary parameters, then viola, done!
Marlon(my team leader) gave me a business object generator which was cool. Creating a business object will really take a long time. With the use of marlons BO Wizard, it was easy. What pro'lly took me so long is the creation of database objects based on what the spec mike sent me and noooo, i ain't using DDD(Domain Driven Design)..i like to do the database first rather than the object model.
For the UI part, I used an expando control. In case you haven't noticed, an expando is like an xp control on the explorer bar. if you click it, it expands, then if you do it again it contracts...well you get the idea, just picture it out on you mind.LOL. I also used an expando being developed by infragistics but hell, it flickered while it was expanding. I doubt it that customers will like it. from 2004,2005 and 2006 it flickered. I'm not quite sure what i did wrong. So I downloaded a free control the XP Expando Control..;).. It was great, the only downside is that it doesn't have a tooltip,plus, theres no gap between expando items against each other, but heck, they can click the caption to make sure.LOL..
Well, thats what I did for the past week. Now for this week. I had tons of support tasks, were not going into details with that you'll be fed up and I can talk about all night..LOL..
Right now, my priorities are transferring the bulk load from karl's machine to the staging server. I already sent a support for that one. I wanted to clear up at least 5GB of HD space on the Drice C just to make all the services running fine and not run out of memory, after all its a server. I also wanted to transfer the VM from C: to D:. I hope my support goes a long way. I wanted to do it myself though, but I can't way too busy and I had a higher priority project than that. But if in case it didn't go well today, I'll pro'lly do it myself tomorrow. I kinda' like it, when I do those stuff, I feel like a Genuine Software Engineer who can create and maintain a server, sql server that is..;)..im still a junior SE now..LOL.sorry, im that dumb..
Also, the Employee Task Manager. Were experiencing that some ATJ(AutoTerminal Japan) employees has been having a very fast turnovers when it comes to tasks. This is what my program is trying to solve. Basically an internal software.
Not that important though. Marlon is making a list of modules from AEMC(pronounced "Ah-mhek")..
Arlene and I will be doing module to module transformation of aemc from dotnet to vb2005 using csla 2.0..now aint that cool.were migrating..;)
anyways, i'll keep on posting. im quite sleepy now. i have to work in the noon tomorrow.
